Wheel stud size/thread pattern?

So I picked me up a set of wheel spacers... I got them cheap because the wheel studs are all trashed.

Looks like some of the studs are M14 x 2.0 and some are M14 x 1.5.

Does anyone know what year the thread pitch changed and why?

Since I'm going for 32 new studs, I'm just wondering if I should go with one or the other. probably just going to go with what's on my Ex currently.

IIRC, 2002 MY was last year.

Like Mark said, they came with the coarse thread up until '02 then after that they have the fine thread. If you are going to be looking at swapping to late model OEM rims and possibly Harley rims that have the lug nuts exposed (they use special H-D rims only nuts) then you will want the fine thread lug studs. As Mark can tell you there doesn't appear to be any such thing as coarse thread closed end OEM style lug nuts for these trucks.

Gotcha... I need a full set of M14 x 1.5 studs that are about 2 inches long. And if my stock lug nuts don't fit into the wheel spacer recesses, then I need a full set of M14 x 2.0 lug nuts as well.

EDIT1: Aaaaand of course, ARP doesn't make what I need.

EDIT2: Crap. Got that backwards. Metric is not threads per millimeter... It's millimeters between threads. I have since updated what I need to read correctly.
