thread pitch on wheel studs....

ok yesterday i finnaly got off my lazy butt and got my leveling kit put under my truck..(which wasnt as easy as it should have been)...anyway after some custom fab work i had to tackle and finally to the point of putting on my new wheels and tires i find out the lug nuts i ordered are the wrong thread pitch and wont fit the studs on the truck....so this is what i got ..1999 f250 4x4 diesel....early 99...of course i ordered the lug nuts online and gave them my info on the truck and still got the wrong ones....the ones they sent me say 14x1.5 on them....iam needing to know what size i need for my truck.....the 14x1.5 will thread on maybe 3 threads....thanks in advance for any and all info!

If they aren't 14mm x 1.5 they are 14mm x 2.0. Not sure on what year the change was though.
