Saddlebags gas tanks removed

Ok all, I just removed my saddlebag (auxillary) gas tanks today.

I am ready to give them a new home.
If there is anyone in the Fremont, CA area, or anyone willing to come pick them up, and would like a FREE set of saddlebags.... contact me to come and get them.

I have them listed on craigslist for sell, but, I will give them for free to a member on this forum.

Also included is all the hardware to install:
- In-cab tank selector switch
- Copper line that connects passenger side to connector switch
- Bolts that go through the bed to connect and hold up tanks.

Hope I have posted this in the right section.

Just a heads up to those who are looking to remove their saddlebag tanks: use a hydraulic jack under the tank before loosening the bolts (I used my motorcycle hydraulic jack which was a perfect fit for this).

These are suprisingly good condition, no exterior rust or damage.

what are their dimensions? (specifically width from frame to bed) I'm wondering about putting one on my '62 (standard, not stepside bed) and wonder if they would fit in there and eliminate my seat tank.

Most of that discoloration is dirt that is sitting on top

Thank you. I'm too far away from you to accept your offer but they sometimes show up for sale in my area, plus they weigh a ton and it would take being hit by a train to do any damage.

Nice offer. I believe they're called just saddle tanks.
