73-79 Proud Owners

I've been stopping by this site off and on, trying to help others with questions/concerns/proud posts!
I just wanted to post and say...how cool is it that EVERYONE that comes here is an owner of a Dentside?!

I own 2 awesome Dentsides. A 1976 F250 and a 1975 F150 Trailer Special. Both with 390 FE engines.

(sorry for the crude picture)

A similar post not too long back named "I drive an old truck" expressed our love for our pickups! Just wanted to step back a moment and reiterate that proudness and share.

Thank you all for reading and helping one another with questions and fixes from past experiences!!

Welcome to F T E , stick around and you will meet a lot helpful guys and very few wise guys like on some of the other forums, they don't last long here. You have a couple of nice looking trucks , the yellow and white one i really like. I wish my old red 73 looked that good , but i have got all of the mechanical in pretty top shape. JIM

A little better each day

Here is my mismatched pride and joy. She was beaten, cut on, and abused by the PO, but she is in good hands now, with uncut fenders and bed, good bones, no rust, and a loving owner who is willing to feed her money. When bodywork is done, she will be Ford blue, to be a tribute to my friend who passed away on the 10th of this month. He always thought it would look good in blue, and I am going to do it for him. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

I love my dentsides. Although they are in rough shape right now, they are going to go under the knife soon. Also love the other gen. trucks I have. I must say I really do like that fleet the O.P. has. Shehan we need to see more of that blue truck in the background.
