You do not have one.

Your truck uses a Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor located on the passenger side firewall.

No MAF on these trucks. Only a MAP (manifold air pressure sensor) and it is on the ac box on the passenger side.

I'm gonna take a WAG and guess you have a driveability problem you're trying to fix. If you have pulled codes post them up so we can help solve the issue, and when I say post them up I mean the exact code numbers not whatever descriptions you have found for them. Also describe your issue as best you can.

No, there really is no way to clean it.
