No Longer Rolls Coal...

diclaimer; i am not worried about "rolling coal" just the change in color scares me.

my truck used to put out a small black cloud before the turbo would spool. then it would be a slight black haze under wot, not really roll coal, but it made you click. so about 2 weeks ago it started being a gray haze instead, with no black cloud before the turbo spools. i was hoping it was just something fuel related so i waited a couple fill ups to worry. i have zero other symptoms, no power loss, no poor fuel mileage, nada thing.
is this weak, worn out injectors? they are the stock 185k ones with brand new seals. could it be a worn out hpop?
oil still has 3k before a change is due, fuel filters the same.
in the morning it starts up fine, no white smoke when i dont plug in(for people who remember i just had to wait for the glow plugs to warm up a lil longer)
any help is greatly appreciated as always!

Sounds like winterblend fuel and cooler dense air. Not a real problem

I wondered about this too. Never hurts to know fluid levels though. Lol.
