Hahahaha. Even if it did, which it won't, the cost to make up the initial cost of all that work would never be realized in mpg savings. That goes for most modifications that improve things like mpg.

Turbos are for shoving more air into the engine so more gas can be burned and make more power.... Yes it is a more efficient way to make more power vs naturally aspirated but not for normal driving.
What are you getting for MPG's now? 10-13 MPG HWY is pretty average for the V10.
