13 Ecoboost.... 100K
Hit 100K Saturday.... about a month shy of 3 yrs in service.
Truck runs as new and still as a 19.0 lifetime MPG.
If USPS ever gets my sample to Blackstone I will post the latest report.
It was lost for 11 days, then showed up in Akron 3 days ago...no telling where it is now.

Come on, the waters fine.....
No hurry here, just the way it is, mostly Highway miles.
Still expecting to get 300k easily, maybe more.
Chances are something else will take it out before I get that far.
I have been keeping an eye out for a '02 250 if a good one comes along.

Long drive cycles promote good engine health, I see no reason why 300k is not attainable with reasonable maintenance. Short drive cycles like my 7 mile ride to work are very tough on engines, I can see how an engine with more oil changes and fewer miles has a failure before an engine with more miles and fewer oil changes.

Looking at my UOA"s.
My 7.3 typically ran a little less than 1/3 the average wear over the 300k I drove it.
This truck is a hair over 1/3 avg. wear.... but my oil change is 4k more than average.
No concern here.
The old saying that highway miles don't hurt one seems to be holding true.

Thanks, They just went up to $28.00.
A TBN or TAN is $10.00 extra each.
I had a TBN done just to check that the OLM is inline with the actual life of the oil.
