Back driver's side blinker

All my running lights are working but the back driver's side blinker isn't. Any ideas?

Check for voltage in the light socket terminal if bulb is good these some times get corroded from leaking/broken lens gasket.

Thanks I will check I got the blinker and brake light to work intermittently so I will check this. Seems like it could be crossed melted wires. The wiring is a pretty big mess behind the tail lights.

Sounds like some cleaning is needed, dirty ground.
