I have 95 f250 7.3l powerstroke and just the last few days I woul be driving it and the tries to die and then will run then die again all very rapidly almost like is misfiring and I'll push the clutch in and it will stop doing that for a minute and then will die so I pop the clutch and it starts right back up then it will resume its faux misfiring and only with lower rpms and working the clutch a lot will you be able to go down the road then it completely stops doing it and it allows you drive for awhile before it will act up again

Cps(Cam shaft possition sensor) comes to mind, but can also be a loose uvc ( under valve cover) connection, faulty fuel pump, or in tank strainer clogged. There are lots of possibilities, with out codes its hard to tell since we dont have the truck in front of us, try to pull some codes
I would start with the CPS. It's not an expensive thing to replace. Get one from Ford dealer or IH dealer only! The ones at the parts stores are terrible, and I have gotten them bad right out of the box.
