97' 7.3 ebpv problem? .....??

This is my first winter with a obs 7.3 psd. I've always owned a idi with a banks kit.
My problem is my ebpv is shutting and opening when I go down the road after I let the truck warm up for 10 min with the high idle on. This only happens when the temps get below 40°. It stops after I shut the truck off and turn it back on. Any help??

Mine started doing the same thing last year. I unplugged it and couldn't be happier. I think the high idle switch has more warm up value than the ebpv.

Just delete that thing, chip with high idle is your ticket for faster warm up
