flywheel ring gear
I got a foul starter for my 96 f350 and all it does is grind. To remedy the situation i put it in 5th gear and shove the bumper to rock the truck then it starts. I am tired of doing this and its time to fix it.
I cannot figure out what ring gear i need. 5 speed zf. I believe it has the dual flywheel too.
Starter is under warranty if need be if the bendix gear is bad too but the ring gear is bad.
Can i flip it over and use the other side ofthe gear?
