Everything seems right! Help diag.

So I have a f250 2003 6.0l with 357000 miles. In the last 20k I have changed all injectors, all glow plugs, engine wire harness, oil cooler, HPOP and IPC and IPR, the turbo and a couple other things. Just recently my IPR went up. So I changed it. After a quick scan my truck is showing
FICM vt. 47.5
Ficm sync good
Cam and crank good
Fuel pressure at 50
Icp at 700

Should be enough to fire up but just doesnt... any suggestions? I have ruled out bad batteries and bad fuel..

So it all started when I was pulling onto the highway one day and I noticed a serious lack of power. After about a half mile of full throttle i o ly got to 35mph! so I pulled into a gas station and my Truck stalled.. after that it was a no start situation. It started a Couple times after that but would never run longer then 3-5 minutes without stalling. But when it was running it would only Rev up to 1500 rpms... so that when I got a diag. And my mechanic said change the ipr my hpop Icp went from high 500s to 700 it is now.

With the miles you have and no power, is the cat still in the exhaust?

Just a few items to consider, what do you have to diagnose with? FICM voltage is no indication the FICM is healthy, is this the original unit? Do you hear the injectors buzz at Key On? The Ficm voltage, is this static or when cranking? Do not throw parts at this engine, we have everyone here to help walk you through and figure this out. Do you have a friend you could swap a FICM over to your truck?

Good idea and easy to check it it's still in place.

Would like to see a bit more fuel pressure.

There is not one. You have to add one and most add
it at the secondary filter housing.

Also, when you said that the FICM was at 47.5 volts, WHEN was it at 47.5 volts? Key on engine off? During cranking? When the engine was STONE cold (after it got towed home and the following morning)?

We can hook you up with any parts you need - many of the common ones are listed in the Parts & Accessories section of FICMrepair.com - but this is NOT a motor to just start throwing parts at. Things get way expensive that way.

Hope this helps!

Yes CAT is still in the exhaust and yes still is original. and for all the ficm questions, it was cold when being tested maybe 60 degrees out. if i can remember correctly it was 47.5 KOEO and would move little while cranking like to 48 then back to 47.5. and i pulled off the HFCM and took apart and cleaned everything seems in working order and is running fuel hard to the top fuel cup. and also iam religious about fuel filters they get changed often. and when this all went down and it seemed likeit wasnt getting fuel i chnged them both just for the sake of it.

ICP cranking is going to tell the story, when you changed ICP and IPR are the pigtails good or soaked in oil and insulation flaking off? Definately do the blue spring as you should see more like 65 at idle and prior to start. That's a lot of miles so there is going to need to be some stuff to look at. Also, do you see cranking RPM, you need 150 rpm plus starting, batteries, alt positive cable, alternator ?

Still suspicious of the FICM even though you may show 48 volts, give Ed a call because if you are still original, his service is an upgrade. Still want to know if you have someone you could swap out with a known good FICM and see what it does. Few bolts and time is no big investment.

So as far as swapping a temp FICM that counts like a good idea. And an easy way to rule out a big componet. And as far as seeing RPMS while. Ranking no not really. The truck does start every other try for about 3-5 seconds. But only goes up to 300 rpms. And I only see that when I let off the key I have a video but I don't think I can post to this website
