The issue is non of the spark plugs are broken . There I ax just no nut to take them out with. Truck is starting to misfire and need to replace e sparkplug asap. 5 of the 8 plugs are like the picture uploaded
It looks like the spark plug holes are full of dirt or hardened mud. Take a long screwdriver and break up the dirt around the outside of the plug. Then, use compressed air to blow the hole out. You might need to do this a few times to get it clean enough to remove the plug and not have all the dirt fall in the cylinder. Let us know how it goes!
Looks like mud which would mean moisture and probably corrosion.
Might want to spray some PB Blaster or equivalent down there after getting the dirt out.
Wipe it out with paper towels, then blow it out again.
The springs in the boots are probably rusty causing your misfire.
