Ok, I know the codes are #5 cylinder misfire and misfire upon 1st 1000 RPM's and I've been chasing this for about 2 weeks. I'm tired of it and do not want to take it to the shop.
So far I have changed all spark plugs (luckily none broke), Coil Packs, #5 Fuel injector, and the Crankshaft Position sensor. I still get the hesitation when the engine is under a load and rough idle.

Any suggestions?

 

Broken valvespring maybe?

 

Is the connector to the COP from the engine wiring harness locking in and holding onto the COP?

Are you certain the wiring all the way from the PCM to the #5 connector isn't at issue?

Your symptoms are definitely a misfire so the DTC's have that right------naturally.
