ok I thought so. With a hot wire attached to the + post running either individual accessories or even a fuse block is it constant power even when the truck is off? or is it "on power" when the key is in power
Im not to electrically savy i just wanted to know if i put a cable on the + post on the solenoid will it give it constant power where itll drain the battery or will it only run when key is in on posistion
One (pretty sure) mistake is hanging accessories off the "pink wire" ballast resistor at the ignition switch to coil. It's only energized during RUN but it's not supposed to get anything else. It's handy, but don't do it.

It is connected directly to the battery...
Look and see if there's an empty keyed power slot in your fusebox.
