Heater Box Drain?

I've read that there is a drain for the heater box, but a thorough search today under the truck didn't find one. Is it maybe inside the cabin? This is a NON-A/C truck ('91) if that matters.

condensate drain is only on the AC side, not on the heater side.
that is why when the heater core leaks it pours on the floor and not outside.
