Gauges???

Ok got my truck almost all rewarded. Now I'm down to the gauges. Do I have to put a resistor on all or some of it? What aftermarket ones are you guys running? Want to keep the same style gauges. Gimme some ideas, advice or feedback please

Is this for a 6v to 12v conversion? I'm running runtz reducers on my gauges(one per gauge). Works pretty well. The fuel level doesn't read quite right, but I think that may an issue with the sender.

I just ran across these this AM, if you wanted to keep it stock they may be a consideration. They are from Classic Haulers so are for 48 thru 52, I don't know what truck you have, so if you have a F100 you may chech Mid Fifties. Store - Gauges - Gauges - Stock - Classic Haulers F-1 Parts

Great Im glad I could help, they don't list a lot of details but here is the link for there sending units (many on page #2). Yeah my truck is 12v now but the gauges are stock. Dint want to change my dash configuration all around. Just didn't know all I would have to do to use the stock now that the truck is 12v. Or looking for a decent priced new set up that would fit in my same dash spots....

Use your stock senders and gauges by converting them to 12V with a CVR. You can use the Ford-style, the Runtz, or pick up some L7806.

Just to accompany what Ernie has already stated. I thought I would just throw in a link to show what Summit offers. Most suppliers carry offerings to accomplish using 6 volt gauges on a 12 volt set up.
