Found these on Ebay and the price is really good, I like that you can select from a few different colors to suit your style and/or mood. Just wondering if anyone from here has tried them and if they are junk or not.
No idea on those gauges, but I can say that I have no issues whatsoever with the A-pillar gauges. Some have complained about it, but I have yet to experience any problems with it while driving.
they don't look bad.. i've never heard of them or seen anyone with them. I'd wonder about reliability issues.. ive seen people get weird readings with a not so pop brand but not a bad price with everything that is included. do us a favor and never bury that pyro gauge though HAHA. blindspots, i have seen but i don't notice it much. if you wanna try a test, get those little dixie cups and cut them in half (keep the bottoms) and tape them to the pillar and try that. may look goofy but it will give you a feel for what its like.
There was a discussion about a week or so ago about those exact gauges. Those that have used them said that they were pretty much junk. For one thing, everytime you get in and power them up, you have to choose which color you want them to display.
Recommendation: Save up just a little more cash and get a good set of a reputable brand like Isspro or Diprocols or Autometer, Etc.
Do it right or don't do it at all.
Well, that is exactly why I asked before buying, I'm not too fond of spending my money on junk only to have to replace it down the road. Looks like I'm back to Diesel Manor for Isspro's.
