Just picked up a new 2015 XLT 2.7
Very impressive motor, Torque is great. But the problem I have is the rough Idle. The truck had 12 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. Every stop light I come to when at idle, its rough/alittle shaky at times. "also I always turn off the Start/Stop button"
Has anyone else encountered this problem on their EB motors?
currently I have 1100 miles, Dealer says its normal.
FWIW, the 3.5EB in my 2012 feels a little rough at idle sometimes. I upped the idle with my Livewire and that seems to have helped since I haven't noticed it as of late.
I'd guess probably just trying to save a little gas. Have you tried driving it without turning off the auto start stop? It's pretty seamless and would of course stop the idle concerns.
