Door lock not moving

Door lock not moving
My lock is not moving when I stick to the key in to unlock the door. I go around to the other side and unlock the door from the inside it moves fine. It did this to me once before and it was working the next day but this time it ain't fixing itself. Any help would be great before I take my door apart or at least what to look for. Thanks
