7.3 with issue

after taking off the pipe to the turbo , I didn't see any fuel in the intake valley , on the firewall or underneath the truck anywhere , it appears that the fuel is coming from the tailpipe … as its located at the passengers side rear , and the spray is all over my tailgate and the front and passenger side of the trailer .. I will get a new ICP sensor and see if it helps the situation

Look under the engine on the front passenger side. This sounds like the fuel drain O-rings are bad - if the valley is truly clear of fuel.

there is no fuel on, under , around, beneath, beside, or on the truck anywhere .. it has to be coming out of the tailpipe ..

If you have raw fuel in the tailpipe, there must be something going on with the injector just DUMPING raw fuel.
