Assembled in San Jose CA= R
223 six cylinder = J
A for the transmission means 3 speed ford standard duty.
330620 is the sequence it was built. The trucks serial numbers 330,000 to 339,999 were built in September 1962.
66 I know is Unibody. 66A is a standard cab- not the custom cab.
And I know K is the color Driftwood as it is on my 63 wrong bed custom cab.
I think DSO 72 was San Jose where it was ordered out of. 71 is Los Angeles where mine went.
Anyway- best I can get- I don't have the book ND has- but your warranty plate is very similar to mine- even built in San Jose with a 223 in the driftwood color. ( I bought mine in Oregon a few years ago, but it spent time in Oregon from around 1968 till about 2012.
I read all this out of a 1962-1963 truck shop manual supplement I bought off eBay.
