Upon review State Farm said no again. I hauled the truck home a couple of weeks ago. I had Texas Diesel Performance quote me all the parts a tuner and EGR delete kit and FASS 150 for less than Ford wanted just for parts. Still a sizable pile-o-cash. But might be the best way to go. I plan to start soon. Now it's a money thing.

Ok it's time. Plan is to start tearing into this thing starting tomorrow. Hope is to get the cab ready to pull in a couple of evenings this week and my kid will come by with his service truck and lift it up on Saturday. Once the cab is off then going to pull glow plugs and compression test. Relative test by the Ford house said low on #2. From there we shall see.
