2011 6.7 question

Trying to help out a stranger that was stranded, he has a 2011 6.7 that he changed out both Fuel filters , says he did the proper cycling of the key to get the fuel back, drove it about a mile and it died and wont start back up. I had my code reader on me and he is getting P20BA and P2074. I have researched the codes but it just seems strange that this happened right after changing the filters, any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chad

Those codes don't have anything to do with the fuel issue he is experiencing. Most likely the frame mounted fuel filter housing is not tightened all the way is it's sucking air. Also check the yellow drain **** as it will allow air into the system as well if not tightened properly.

The key here is it happened after he changed filters. Go back and check his work. Most likely the frame filter cap isn't tightened to the stop.
