That's included in the parking brake drum hardware kit.
Edit: It was included in the one I bought, but I don't see it in others and can't remember where I got mine.
Well I have pretty good news but I'll see when I fix it, I was taking the tires off last night and notice all my weights fell off the tires. Last time I got to value tire and alignment.
Tugly, in the picture of the hardware, do you happen to have the P/N for the X looking contraption on the right?
I don't have the number, I just asked Ford to sell me a couple of them. Funny you should ask about that part - that is the one item in the whole kit guaranteed to fail for the parking brakes. It seizes up something fierce, and our little foot depress doesn't cut it.
They didn't come in my hardware kit that I've had for awhile waiting for this particular job. I'll keep looking but may have to go to the dealer for that I suppose.

I have had no luck with the clip on weights since they outlawed lead. lose them almost every time the tire store ignores my request for tape weights. I usually hear them come off as soon as I hit about 45MPH.
UPDATE STILL NEED HELP: went to the tire place put on new weights and rebalanced the tires doesn't shake as bad but still shakes. What's left to check?

Depending on how much tread is left, it might be time for new tires.
I say this because my BFG KO's were defective (found this out after the fact) for some time. They would balance, but they wouldn't stay balanced.
It turned out to be the tires, but I also had a failing injector #2 injector. As soon as I replaced the tires with new KO2's, the problem hasn't surfaced since.
I also noticed after the balance when I'm going passed 30 if I let off the gas the Shake stops, if I give just a hair On the pedal it's bad Shake and if I give it half its not as bad. The main vibration is in the steering wheel but I can see/feel it everywhere else.
Problem found and solved... The rear u joint was on its way out and was loose and the pinion nut was a little loose. I tightened the nut and put a new ujoint in and rides like a Cadillac
