Is something wrong with my caliper

So with all the brake threads lately, I decided it was time to jump on board. Ordered crown stainless lines and power stop calipers. Three of the calipers slide freely on the slide pins. The fourth does slide, but not freely by any means. It can be moved by hand with significant force. It is a front caliper. It is my wife's daily driver taking the kids to school, so really want it safe for the fam. Am I worried about nothing, or should I send them back for a replacement set?
Thanks for reading and any response

Pull the slide pins out and see if the factory forgot to lube them. Also, see if there is a defect inside which hinders operation.

If it is just a lack of lube, lube it up. If it is a defect, send it back.

It could be excessive lube also. I forgot what they call it but too much lube will cause a hydro-lock situation and the pins will stick.

Thanks guys. Took it apart found nothing obviously wrong, put it back together and works fine now. sorry for the false alarm. Now I get to pick out some pads and put them all together next weekend. I can't wait.

Thanks again
