Body codes?

Body codes?
Where else could I possibly find what Trans, differentials, and transfer cases. I wouldn't ask this question because I know the door jam would be the place to look. But on the F250 the lettering is erased.
So I tried looking up the vin but that doesn't do me any justice. It just shows me the year and where it was born!!

bad news you're just gonna have to crawl under there and find out.
I usually take myself on with me and a rag there will be a metal tags hopefully on your front and rear differential and your transfer case usually facing the rear is a metal tag that I'm fighting it on the on the NP 208 it's circular ...
On the transmission if it's automatic count the bolts that hold the pan on. If it's manual take some pictures.

That's what I was afraid of but I did already Trans and rear diff I found out what they were. Just need the front diff which is gonna need a degrease and the transfer case.
