I have posted this on the powerstroke.org site but figured I'd come here with it.

If you read through it over there you will get a better understanding of what I've done and tried.
I recently upgraded my '04 F450 6.0 to a '03 F250 7.3 and while going through it I've fixed a couple things along the way. Where I'm at now is determining whether or not I need to get a new IDM or not.
So all new injectors when I bought it. I found out it had a tune on it when I plugged in my edge CTS and it advised me of the mismatch in stock files. Downloaded the correct ones with fusion and put the truck back to stock, and put the tow tune on it.
When doing an injector buzz using AE it was giving me mixed results so I decided to ohm out the harness. Started at the 42 pin and it ohmed good, went to the connector on the idm and wouldn't you know it, broken wires, frayed wires, I don't know how it was running. So I cut the harness, extended it 1 foot, put some heat shrink on it and ohmed it out. Ohmed good, all in the 3 ohm range. Multi-meter used is a fluke, not a wally world or hazard freight one. To verify I used two different meters, both flukes, just different models. Ran a KOEO, KOER, injector buzz, cylinder contribution and they all pass but I still have a P1316. Today I managed to get an new code, P1670.
I've switched relays around, checked fuses, stood on one leg while patting my head and rubbing my stomach and I can't figure it out.
If you need more info, or would like me to upload another video with AE connected doing tests just ask and I'll be happy to do it if it helps solving this.
So far compared to my '04 6.0 I'm doing pretty good. My 6.0 threw an injector tip, lost compression, said fu while going up hill with no load.
I've attached two videos, first one is me starting it yesterday after it sitting for a couple hours after taking 5 mins to start it. Second video is this morning, a lot better than yesterday.
All videos I've posted on powerstroke.
