Lost Navigation and Blutooth

So I have done my searches and can find nothing like my issue.

2013 Lariat 4x4 Crew Cab with Full Sync system

This past week I lost my Bluetooth connectivity and my Navigation system.
I have done a factory reset but have not pulled the fuse yet.
Does this sound like an APIM issue?

Any help is appreciated. Headed to the dealer Monday just want to have all the info I can in hand prior to going there.

Hey Shawn,

Your system may just need to be re-flashed/rebooted. I don't want to speculate as I am not a service advisor, but I definitely recommend having the APIM tested while you're there.

Let me know how the dealer visit goes.

I have reset the system and it is working. I still plan to take it to the dealer and have them run diagnostics on it.
