changing Rear gears
I have the FX2 Ecoboost 2014 edition with the locking L3 rear end....3.31 gears.
I would like to put the 3.73 gear set in...
Is this possible...?
Is it hard to do?
How with the speedo be affected?
Is this a common modification?

Are you planning to tow heavy?
Your MPG's will take a nose dive but the truck will be a rocket. There is a trade off. If you were to do this, i'd take the truck to a shop who specializes in such work. It seems to me as though a person who doesn't know what they are doing could grenade a rear end in no time with an improper install.
