Once you have that set up, reach out to me, and I'll notify your regional customer service manager. You may not have access to PMs yet, so if that's the case, send an email to custserv@ford.com. When writing, please include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership. Put my name ("Crystal") in the subject line and post here once you've sent it.

I took the truck into a different dealer and they STILL cannot reproduce the sounds being made. Am I hearing things?? Why is it that NO ONE else can reproduce the sounds being made? Do they put it in reverse ONCE and then say "Oh well I don't hear anything and have no idea what he is talking about."
Obviously if all of us here in this forum are hearing the same things, then it's obviously happening and WE as a collective group are not hearing things!

Thanks for letting me know. I'd recommend actually demonstrating the noise for your tech or the service manager at your dealership. This will help them as they diagnose.
