I have a factory remote start and fob. The remote start would honk and then act like it was going to turn over instead would honk 3 times. I read that i should go underneath the dash and press a button and push on the brakes to reset the system.

Well now my fob doesn't work at all for the truck, it was working before just the remote start was the issue. So i don't think its a battery issue with the fob


Any ideas?

 

What button under the dash? Where did you read about It?
