The wife got too close to the garage door opening and damaged the passenger side rear fender flare on our 95 Eddie Bauer 4 door. This is the flare the goes over the wheel and extends back to the bumper.
The dealer said today that the part is no longer available. Does anybody have a suggestion on where I can find a new one. The color is "pumice".
Wow!! Are you serious?? If that's the case, like what Mason said, try a bone yard. If not, go to the dealer and ask for a fender flare for a '97 or a '98 Explorer. Ford used the same fender flare for '95-'97 models for sure but I'm not too sure about the '98's. Also, be sure to ask for a primed one because the paint will not match since you're '95 is Pumice Clearcoat while the '96's is Light Saddle and '97-'98's are Light Prairie Tan Metallic Clearcoat. Good luck!!

Well I kept searching for a new fender flare and found one. A company called Green Sales gobbles up the discontinued Ford Parts. I called them and told them what I needed. They called me back and told me the part number and 3 Ford Dealerships in the country that had one in stock. My new flare, painted from the factory, was sent from Utah for $129. My body shop wanted $250 to paint a black one to match.
Use this Green Sales to track down discontinued parts.
