Im pretty sure it won't. 89 an 90 had a different front end than 88 and earlier... but thats with the headlights and marker lights for sure. Not positive about the grill though. I will go see if i can find anything in the manual.
just checked the manual.. its doesnt say one way or another.. but looking at the picture of the first generation b2 on the cover it looks quite different than my grill. Mines an 89 by the way. There might be some way to make it work though.

As a direct bolt-in, No it will not work. If you really want it, you can if you modify the grill portion. Or another alternative is to swap over the entire front clip of an 89-90 bronco II.
