I have an 05 F250. When connected to my travel trailer, my turn signals, brake lights and electric brakes work, but the clearance/marker lights and tail lights don't. I've checked the trailer clearance light fuses in both fuse panels and they're fine. No power at the outlet on the truck when tested with my meter. Anyone have any ideas as to what else could be wrong besides a broken wire somewhere? Am I missing a fuse or a relay that I don't know exist? I didn't check any relays because I didn't find any info on any for those lights. Any suggestions/input would be greatly appreciated!
Most often it is a connection issue at the seven pin on the truck. Check for power on the leads to the seven pin on the back side of it, that is behind your bumper. Corrosion is common on the back side.

You'll have to filter out the extraneous stuff that doesn't apply to the 04 and a bit newer Super Duty trucks.
