I am impressed that she is mature enough to be entrusted with such an important task.

Someone is doing a great job...

Most 12yo's now a days, especially in my family, NO WAY!

So you can't drive right and she has been to school and can read all those numbers on the shifter?

I taught her how to drive a bobcat over the summer. She works at the farm where she rides (horses) to help pay for her lessons and lease.

I was going to buy a four wheeler for her to use to drag the fields but the guy at Petes Cycle told me that he couldn't sell one to me when he found out how old she was. I promptly taught her how to drive the Bobcat and tractor.

I was guiding the stand up the hill. I had her stop so I could get the picture.

I thought you said redneck. How did you learn to operate a camera? I live on the edge of Appalachia. I know what redneck means.

I did not know that TN was considered to be on "the edge".

I just did something similar with my 10 year old daughter. I have a 52 ****** truck I've been working on. It was sitting in the driveway (no steering wheel or drive shafts) and I wanted to get it back in the garage. She's too small to help push so I told her to jump on the cub cadet. I grabbed a strap hooked them up and she drove the mower and truck into the garage. Tires spinning the whole time on the mower... 30' long patches (her first set) I took a picture of them

Once upon a time...many years ago...I was driving through the Baltimore area in the AM and the radio show was playing a parody to Funky Colmadina...called Funky Pasadena...and it pissed off some listeners from...you got it, Pasadena. The line I remember in particular went, "We're proud of our two pickup trucks, they're parked on our front lawen." It reminded me of southern Wild Wonderful West Virginia.
