P1747 & P1754 codes

I installed a hd4R100 in my truck now I got codes listed. I did break the wires that go on top of transmission in the middle, two wires. Think I fixed em. Any help? Please.

Are you referring to the wiring in the 12 pin harness on the passenger side top? The codes pertain to the circuits within that plug. Is the plug fully seated in the connector of the Solenoid Valve Body?

No I think what I broke was for a speed sensor. I will check the big connector that plugs into the top of transmission. I took it to ford they said check some connections under brake resivoir. Did that. I tore the plug off I had broke thought maybe I had the pins switched. There is a blue one with white stripe and a white one with a red stripe. Anyone know which one goes where.

I am going to put some new batteries in, the current ones don't hold a charge for much more than a day, alternator is good. Would this have anything to do with it?

Hopefully, its nothing more than a short in the wiring. You need to check the wiring harness for broke, shorted wires. Or, the remaining Circuit failure, faulty solenoid, PCM.

I have been looking for bad wires not saying I am not seeing them but the thing looks clean. Can I check ohms anywhere?

I could not locate the short in my harness. My brothers father in law had a truck thats been parked for two years so I stole the harness, but it has a fwd shifter on the floor mine has one on the dash. So with both harnesses It works well no codes. Which harness would I need? My vin is FTWW3DF6XEA84610. Where would I find pig tails? I saw some on rock auto but I don't know the names of all the plugs.
