Does the 2011 Expedition have the latch hooks on the seat (not the tethers behind)? We are purchasing one this week and I can't remember if I checked that.

 

Yes, if you are referring to the bars where the seat back meets the seat.

 

Yes for the 2nd row and I can't remember on the 3rd row but I think the answer is no since I have the seats in that row secured with the seatbelt. I believe one or two of the 3rd row seating positions does have the top tether. For what it's worth I believe you need to use the seatbelt instead of the lower anchor according to ford once you hit 40 or 50 lbs.
