trouble starting

I have a 07 f250 6.0l and it has 112k on it, I've owned it for over 4yrs, since 45k, and no issues, but this morning I went out to start my truck didn't start, tried again and started, but the glow plug controller made a funny buzzing noise, (making that noise for a few weeks), so I went to ford and bought a new controller, so I hope that fixed that, but on my way to work I was at a traffic light and noticed that my ficmv were between 46-48.5, icp 23-24%, vgt around 68%, truck was at temp, should I start to worry about the ficm??, I have to replace my ground on driver side battery, noticed that it is corroding, gonna do that, I have 2 yellow top optima batteries about 3 yrs old

Your voltage doesn't indicate a bad FICM, but that doesn't mean it isn't bad. Have you scanned the truck for codes (before you get the batteries tested)? If your glowplug controller was bad you should have gotten a CEL on an 07 truck.

Your numbers look good. What is the high pressure oil pump putting out during the crank before start up? and what is the icp% during the crank?

Really need to look at the FICM at cold start KOEO ( key on engine off ) cold , when the ficm warms up is when you see good numbers, does the truck idle rough cold? I would load test the battery's and separate them when you do don't test in pairs , 1 bad batt will kill the other in time , also load test the Alternator number one killer of a good set of battery's

Am I seeing that right, BatV 10.9? You might want to check out your batteries and Alt.

Yeah 10.9v not running, I get about 13.5-13.9 while running, I have to check alt, and batteries, but my ground wire on the driver side batt, is very corroded need to replace that, but other then these little issues, which not sure they are yet, trying to beat the problem, knock on wood this is all I've run across so far, nothing major, but trying to be proactive,

Thats what I'm thinking too, ground wire, and batteries, other then optima what's a good battery, I've always had optima and they lasted 6yrs, only a little over 3 yrs out of these, I didn't realize how harsh these motors are, other then being proactive, I did a blue spring, and coolant filter over a year ago, and nothing else really and the programmer, but other then that she surprises alot cars on the street when I take off on a light

Lots of different opinions on batteries - from expensive ones to cheap ones w/ good replacement warranties! IMO wiring condition and size is very important and an alternator that will put out at least 140A is beneficial. With those improvements, then battery brand perhaps is less important (unless you live in an area of extreme cold or extreme heat).
