Lol...you guys are too funny!
Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Yes, I've been busy preparing for my 1st experience at the Reno Zombie Crawl this Saturday. Other than that, I've been recruiting volunteers to be Parade Marshals for the Nevada Day Parade & going to Parade meetings. Needless to say, I'm physically exhausted & I can't wait until this month is done!
Also in the last week, I've taken Lucky & Oreo to the vet to get neutered. No more puppies! 3 litters is plenty! Now to sell 4 from this last litter..2 boys & 2 girls.
Have a great rest of your day.

Well, I am a happy camper! I picked up the one owner silver Thunderbird, and am stoked. Everything works. AC, cruise control, stereo, power windows, etc. All work. No tears in any of the seats, no faded, or peeling paint, the headlight lenses are not even yellowed. Found out they have been keeping it in the garage. Which explains the non faded paint, and non yellowing of the lens. The interior is immaculate with only one small problem on the driver side door, where cloth meets plastic, it is pulled out a little bit. That is it. Only has 123k on the odometer, and both parent's names are on the title. Their mom passed away 7 years ago, so dad drove it off and on until he died this year. So it technically is a one owner car. There are no dents or scratches in the body, and even the clear coat is all there. I am going to have to get a car cover for this thing so I can keep it looking this good. The tires have good tread on them too. And although the guy stated it was grey and blue, it is actually grey and grey. Exterior is light grey, or silver, and the interior is grey cloth. Was so stoked about the car I took my best friend and her boyfriend (the one who gave me the ride to Exeter to get the car) out to dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. By the time I dropped them off and got back to my apartment, it was dark, so I only took one photo of it.
I hope so too. I think it will, it was pampered most it's life, so I figure I will just keep pampering it. I forgot to mention, there is another small problem with it. The son selling it said it started leaking a small amount of fluid from the power steering pump just a few days ago. So I will just keep an eye on it.
The Reno Zombie Crawl was freakn' awesome! My friend, Jennifer & I looked amazing thanks to the makeup she did.
I've tried to post pictures, but it's not letting me.
Craig how is all the new construction going, in the Kingdom of
Nye? Are you and the Wife regaining your health?
Thanks for asking. Yes we are slowly getting better. I saw a surgeon @ ROC in Reno about my knees. I'm going in for my pre op appointment on Nov 4. Then the start of replacement surgery.
The wife is improving steadily. She has put in for a transfer to Pahrump with her job. Getting us out of the colder weather will be better. Plus we have friends there & she taught there as a sub while getting her degrees as a SPED teacher. So she is known there.
The project of mine/ours is moving slowly but steady. We plan to use it as our base & summer home. If the wife ever decides to retire we will have a place paid for to live.
Hope everyone is doing well. Hard to believe Thanksgiving is only a short time away.
