05 6.0 problems
First a little history on the truck.
1. Replaced hpop and put egr delete on in 2013 at 150,000.
2. Replaced ficm board at 200,000 still getting 48v during cranking
3. Rebuilt heads and put new oil cooler on last week plus all gaskets and o rings, truck was running fine but was puking coolant. Plus put blue spring in fpr.
Now my problems, the truck runs good but I'm getting different cylinder contribution codes. Sometimes it will be #1 then #4 then #7. Each time I crank it it changes. The truck runs out smooth but at idle it will sound like its missing then smooth out. Everything seems okay with the hpo system pressure wise but I did notice a small fuel leak from the regulator.
Could the small fuel leak cause the different cylinder codes or should I look elsewhere?
Thanks.
Cracked the upper bowl cap and thought what the heck, I can still prime it and fire it up right?
Well, it fired up but ran on and off like crap at idle. Granted this was before I did the blue spring, and had a new cap ordered and was just simply wanting to start it to move it around on the driveway. Ran like crap unless I gave it a bit of throttle. Stuck the new cap on and cured that problem.........then the HPOP went out a week later
