Yea it had flooded where I live and hadn't installed the last 3 coils, I've got a cover on the back of the truck where I stored the remaining coils and plugs. That morning I drove to get gas n the roads were to say the least flooded, somehow got water in #3 spark plug, I changed the rest of the coils out which included #3 when I put new coil on it had water up inside it, I took a spring off an old one and blew out coil and ran much better but still had a slight miss. Long story short I forgot to hook up #4 fuel injector. I am going to change out #8 plug tonight and be done with it all.
Got them all changed out now and I'm so glad! Only had two that didn't break off, the picture shows the different ways they came out. The assembly to the left I had three come out like that, the one in the middle had one like that and the one on the right had two like that and they were the hardest to fish out, they came out of #3 and #4.

All and all it runs like a new truck again. However I did buy the cheep coils a pack of 8 for about $50 and might have to replace them sooner or later
