OBD2 NOT WORKING

MY E-350 VAN OBD2 PORT IS NOT WORKING. MY DRIVER TOOK THE VAN TO GET AN INSPECTION STICKER, THEY INFORMED HIM THAT THE OBD2 PORT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. IS THERE A FUSE BLOWN OR SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS GOING ON? THANKS!

Most likely a blown fuse. But fuses rarely blow for no reason....
