Pcv

Hey guys I've got a 95 f250 5.8 j had a question about. Could a bad Pcv valve cause my pickup to burn oil, leak and have more than normal oil in the tube going from the air box to the valve cover?

Yep. I was losing oil and it started kind of all of a sudden. Didn't use hardly any before. I replaced only the pcv and 2k miles later it's still at the top line of the dip stick

Also check to make sure you have vacuum going to the PCV valve. I have found the vacuum fitting on the back of the manifold plugged with carbon on some Windsor motors.
