Arrow Anti-Seize Lube Usage?

Is it ok to use Anti-Seize Lube when pressing new ball joints in?

And is it ok to use it on just about any nut & bolt? I like things to go on smoothly & be able to be removed easily.

I just did ball joints on mine and thought it might help them go back in easier. No difference. Nuts and bolts might help down the road. They like salt in the winter here so anything will help.
