Distibutor ID

Hi all, New to this forum. Just purchased a 1962 Ford Econoline PU and trying to identify the distributor that is currently installed. Pretty sure it is not stock as I tried to buy cap and rotor and they don't match what is called for. It is a Autolite d0df 12127 C. Can anyone tell me what vehicle this came off of? Also, not sure of the engine size. It's obviously a straight 6 but not sure if a 144cui or 170cui. Is there a marking on the block? I think I read somewhere else the that you had to have the heads off?

Thanks in advance!

It's possible the engine's been swapped because this distributor is from a 1970 Falcon or Maverick 200 I-6

ID number: D0DF-12127-C = Ford part number D0DZ-12127-C

The original engine size could have been either a 144 or 170 I-6, 4th digit of the VIN is the engine code, post what it is.

You can measure the stroke to determine what the engine size is now. The 144/170 has 3 large freeze plugs on the right (passenger) side of the block, the 200 has 5.

Stroke: 144 = 2.50" / 170 = 2.94" / 200 = 3.13"

E10 = E100 Pickup.

T = 170 1V I-6.
