I ran across a reference in another forum about 76-77 steering columns working as direct replacements for steering columns in our bumps.
Does that sound reasonable? Would be nice, but just doesn't seem likely considering there appears to be about 3-6 options for steering columns/lengths/styles for the bump years.
It works. I put a 79 tilt in **** truck, have installed several others along the way.
Save yourself some wiring headache and use the bump blinker assy in the dent column.
it's less PIA than chasing shtuff down.
