does anyone know where I can get a pic of vacuum diagram I put a new holley1460 on and it does not have all the vacuum ports need to know which ones to plug
You need the PCV valve going to the valve cover, the large hose going to the brake booster, a smaller hose going from the intake to the plastic vacuum manifold on the firewall, and a ported vacuum line from the carb to the distributor. You really don't have a spot for anything else. There is not much to plug because you don't have very many ports correct?
Llike Dave said you need a brake booster, PCV, climate control, vacuum advance, and the EGR if you don't want to buy a block off plate and carb spacer.
If you don't have cruise the only other things you DO have are EEC and the AIR pump bypass valves.
You can lose the charcoal canisters and plug the ports in the exhaust manifolds.
Trying to drive .666" freeze plugs into the thermactor passages at the back of each head is almost impossible with the engine in the truck.
Easier to leave the crossover pipe and check valve in place. .

Or ****** the heads off and put some heads on that don't have the screwed up ports from the air injection passages in the head.

They all have a bad short side radius...
Marine or stationary equipment heads are rare around here.
Scott @ RHP sells pattern heads but they are pushing 1.2k assembled.
It's a work truck with stock manifolds anyhow. WTH would you tear the whole top end off to gain *maybe* 10hp?

Eh, guess it depends on the person, I know the Edelbrock heads I have planned for mine doesn't make peak power but they flow a hell of a lot better than the stock smog heads with the air injection bumps.
