how do you remove this part?

Can someone tell me how to remove this piece without damaging it? I need to take it off a parts truck to put on my f350 pictured that is missing the piece.

Remove the interior trim and take the nuts off the studs.

Just don't drop them down the cab corner, I don't think they are steel and would be chore to fish out.
